If the product arrives burst:

The protective seal that surrounds the product must not be removed and must be sent to us, together with its complete original packaging, which we will send another one in its place or make a refund.


Upon choosing a refund, we will refund you within 30 days of the day we receive the returned merchandise.

We will use the same payment method you used for the order and you will not incur any fees for this service.


Upon choosing to receive a new product again, we have 24 hours to ship it from the day we receive the returned item. Goods opened after delivery are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene. ​


We reserve the right to refuse to return any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, in our sole discretion.

We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return received.



If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift card will be sent to you.


If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to himself to deliver it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
