Refund or shipment of another product.

If the product arrives burst: The protective seal that surrounds the product must not be removed and must be sent to us, together with its complete original packaging, which we will send another one in its place or make a refund.

Upon choosing a refund, we will refund you within 30 days of the day we receive the returned merchandise. We will use the same payment method you used for the order and you will not incur any fees for this service.

Upon choosing to receive a new product again, we have 24 hours to ship it from the day we receive the returned item.

Goods opened after delivery are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

We reserve the right to refuse to return any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, in our sole discretion.

Return of Expired Goods:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You must send the goods to us.

Therefore, we recommend a secure and traceable mail service.

We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return received.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return.

Once the returned product is received, a gift card will be sent to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to himself to deliver it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Delivery Policy

The deadline for delivery of the Products is informed during the purchase procedure, being counted from 3 to 5 business days.

Deliveries of the Products are carried out from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 10 pm.

Exceptionally, some deliveries of Products may take place on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the location informed by the Customer, on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours between one delivery and another.
If there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the Customer understands and accepts that the order will be returned to the Postal Distribution Center.

After completing the order, it is not possible to change the payment method and/or the delivery address, request an advance payment or even the priority of delivery.

The delivery time informed during the Product purchase procedure takes into account the stock, the region, the invoice issuance process and the Product preparation time.
The cost of delivery freight is calculated based on the place of delivery, weight and dimensions of the Product.

Emilin Krauzer does not authorize the carrier to:

· Enter the home where the

Product will be delivered;
· Deliver the Product by alternative means (example: hoisting Product through the window)

· Open the Product packaging;
· Carry out delivery to an address different from that shown on the invoice and/or invoice, which is the document sent when selling products and/or international services.
